Tenant finish-outs and interior remodel projects of 5,000 sq ft or less for admin/bus/professional offices and retail sales occupancies where hazardous materials are not stored, used or dispensed. No Change of Use from existing or last use. No new Electrical service allowed, modifications only to existing. No food sales or service.
