City of San Antonio Code Adoption
On January 30, 2025, the San Antonio City Council officially adopted the 2024 International Code Council (ICC) codes and the 2024 San Antonio Property Maintenance Code (SAPMC)! These codes cover essential areas like:
- Building
- Fire
- Residential
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Fuel and Gas
- Swimming Pools and Spas
2024 ICC Codes and SAPMC will become effective May 1, 2025.
